Our web design methodology is dynamic, rigorous and meticulous because we understand how important it for your message to be delivered with the style and flair that reflects your company. Zuri Creative uses a five step production process to ensure every website we produce meets and surpasses the goals and expectations of our customers.

1. Conceptualization of Purpose and Goals (2 to 3 Business days)

It is our purpose to design your web site with your objectives and goals in clear focus. The primary goal for Zuri Creative is to align our creative design to your company’s objectives to create a site that fulfills your unique goals. Simply put, we will make sure that each section of your web site works toward meeting at least one of your business objectives. This is the basis for every section of your site and everything drives off of it.

We understand that your company's web audience will be comprised of individuals who are hungry for information concerning the products or services you have to offer. This information should be presented in a format that is inviting and easy to navigate while capturing the spirit of your oganization. The image and ambiance of the site will present your companies unique atmosphere.

2. Preparation and Design (7 to 10 Business days)

During the second stage of development, we gather all of the information and imagery required to personalize your site. That information is then systematically laid out in a way that it is easy to navigate even for a first time online viewer. Every web designer will agree that navigation is one of the key aspects of a good web design. Our team of creative designers gathers raw data and transforms it into a conceptual design that is aligned with our customer’s vision yet easy to use. Each and every page will be driven by the purpose and goals of your company.

3. Testing the Prototype (4 to 5 Business days)

All features will be rigorously tested by both our people and yours. We test the browser compatibility, navigation, forms, links and database programming. We don’t want your reputation tarnished by having your prospects find the problems before we do! Our testing process also involves usability testing. This can be as simple and effective as creating various “tasks” for a novice to an expert user to carry out on the website. We then monitor the site for potential problem areas, bottlenecks and confusion. Once all errors and revisions are resolved, we make one more exhaustive run-through and the site is ready for viewing. The goal is to ensure a straightforward, yet comprehensive user friendly website which leads your audience directly to their desired information while capturing their attention to explore further.

4. Preparations for Launch (1 to 2 Business days)

During this phase, we continue testing to ensure a flawless final product. We work directly and collaboratively with your company to ensure technical & usability standards are met and even exceeded. If all of our standards are satisfied, we then create a launch date and plan.

5. Go-Live and Monitor ( 1 to 2 Business days)

The final phase of our project is the continued support phase. Now that your site has been launched for the world to experience, it is important to keep it current and inviting. We work directly with your company to create an intense marking plan which ensures maximum ongoing exposure of your site. We will also create an ongoing maintenance plan to ensure your site stays fresh and marketable for your client base, integrating cutting edge technology with good business savvy, and working in tandem with our professional support team who is always available to provide prompt and reliable assistance.

The entire design process from conception phase to the go-live phase should be less than a month. I am willing and able to work within the payment guidelines that you proposed.
